Hello friends!! It's almost Friday morning where I'm at...told you I'd be having a few late nighters!!
I am looking forward to the weekend though and hopefully get some more things done!
Thanks again for all of your encouraging comments and well wishes! I'm feeling much better now.
I have a fun Riley creation to share with you this time:
I think this Sunflower Riley has become one of my favorite images from all the Rileys...he makes me smile! :) And the cool thing about this guy is that I got him for free as a prize I won from a blog hop they were having!! - and speaking of blog hops....I JUST got done participating in another new release blog hop they have going on!! So if you've got time, go check it out!
So, I made this one for the current Riley and Company Challenge which calls for a "shabby chic" creation with at least seven layers. Do you think I got the shabby/distressed part down OK?! I know I've got about 8 or 9 layers of card stock and papers on there. I took out my crackle paint and matte spray paint and went to work on it!! :) I thought these sunflowers from Wild Orchid Crafts would work really well with this. I like how the paint softens up the colors a bit. Hope you like!

I had a really great birthday today with my family!! I received flowers, a candle and pretty heartfelt cards! Thanks so much to everyone who has sent me wishes and love! It really has made my day! :)
