Isn't he just the sweetest? I had to get my "fix" of playing along with The Sugar Bowl before the end of the year along with being able to get out one of my Sugar Nellies to play with!! :) I think this Dexter Bear was so fun to color with. Hopefully you can see my little added linen thread bow under his neck.
The challenge at the Sugar Bowl was to use the sketch (and I liked the plaid pattern, so I decided to keep that the same from the sketch as well)! We were also supposed to use our fav color on it. I know....YIKES!! No purple?!! Nope, not this time! I think last week I got my full use of purple and I even used a Sugar Nellie for one of them...so my next fav color would be pink shades, but I prefer that pink be paired with another color and with the plaid, the gree really stand outs to me. I just LOVE plaid patterns, so that would be another fav of mine here.
I placed a "hugs" sentiment in the circle with Dexter, played with my flower stash and added touches of glitter on them. Now you want to give Dexter a hug, don't you?!
